| One of our important recent litigations involved construction of a government project that required use of a formalized Quality Assurance/Quality Control Program. The purpose was to control costs and avoid errors. Unfortunately, the contractor failed to properly implement the required program and cost over-runs and construction errors went undetected until too late.
